      Pros

      I have been with Banner since 2016. I have the most responsive supervisors. They always go above and beyond to ensure that our team feels heard and understood. They also take the necessary time to ensure that we're trained properly and confident in our capabilities. The support is unmatched. Best company I've ever worked for.

      Cons

      I can't think of any cons at the moment. I've had wonderful experiences in my current department.

      Good Benefits, Management truly cares about you as an employee, lots of growth opportunities, easy to advance in career, plenty of training opportunities.
