I can't think of any from an employees point of view.
Cons
Management is abusive to employees and don't work well with each other. Some of the managers are there because they have lasted longer than other, but that has nothing to do with being qualified. I doubt if many of them actually have a formal education. The pay is terrible and the technology is out dated. If you want to be treated badly and paid worse, apply at Banner.
