      Pros

      Having worked for Banner since 2015, I continually find the company improves when adding new talent. The culture fosters respect amongst the employees. A common mantra is “doing the right thing” which comes from the top and practiced by executive management. Profits are important but not the highest priority.

      Cons

      Small company as far as banks are concerned but it’s growing in a conservative and measured manner.

      Good Benefits, Management truly cares about you as an employee, lots of growth opportunities, easy to advance in career, plenty of training opportunities.
