      Pros

      Fellow peers and mentors are extremely knowledgable, professional, and friendly. They are always willing to help.

      Cons

      Management doesn't care about lower level employees and we are just an headcount. If you aren't a Director-level or higher, you are nothing.

      Pros

      The health benefits are phenomenal, but they are a closed network, limited to Banner Health providers and chosen community providers. Compensation will always be on the lower end due to being not-for-profit.

      Cons

      Regarding IT efficiency, they are behind. Processes are archaic and manual due to lack of up to date IT programs. Their systems do not talk to each other, and there are workarounds for everything.
