      Decent pay for healthcare jobs.

      Cons

      The system is broken. You are just a number and are expected to do more with less while C-Suite is rewarded for productivity. The culture is very negative and those who are most vital and caring are not retained.

      Pros

      The health benefits are phenomenal, but they are a closed network, limited to Banner Health providers and chosen community providers. Compensation will always be on the lower end due to being not-for-profit.

      Cons

      Regarding IT efficiency, they are behind. Processes are archaic and manual due to lack of up to date IT programs. Their systems do not talk to each other, and there are workarounds for everything.
