      Proactive middle managers, annual raises (most years), comprehensive benefit package, lots of unwritten perks

      Cons

      Having to use products contracted for at higher levels that obviously never were tested or compared to better ideas that are available on the market - referring specifically to their EMR choice.

      Pros

      The health benefits are phenomenal, but they are a closed network, limited to Banner Health providers and chosen community providers. Compensation will always be on the lower end due to being not-for-profit.

      Cons

      Regarding IT efficiency, they are behind. Processes are archaic and manual due to lack of up to date IT programs. Their systems do not talk to each other, and there are workarounds for everything.
