Pros
I can not think of any pros at this point, I think the entire team is burnt out.
Cons
Poor Leadership that undermines their employees. Sr. Leadership does not hire the most qualified applicants, instead they hire his or her friends, or unqualified applicants that lacks basic understanding of developing processes, and business model, they do not develop employees equally. Care Management needs new leadership that gets the big picture.
