Pros
The type of work itself is manageable and because you are hourly, it is pretty easy to set your work/life boundaries.
Cons
Salary and compensation are far below market value. Middle management has their hands tied by the Board of Directors so they are unable to do anything about it. Little to no room for advancement. Refuses to make remote work permanent. Attorneys are very inconsiderate of professional staff. Poor staff training and even worse hiring and retention.
