Pros
Leaving this company will feel like escaping a prison sentence.
Cons
Let me brutally honest; working here felt less like a professional job and more like being trapped in a jail run by people who had no idea what respect meant. From day one, it was clear that favoritism was the plague infecting every corner of this place. Some staff were treated like royalty. while the rest of us were micromanaged and scolded as if we were in grade school. You can't move without clocking in and out, even for the smallest break, and on top of that, we had to pay out of pocket for basic things like monitors and supplies, no reimbursement, no appreciation. Leadership is the worst part: the president is completely out of their depth, while certain senior attorney are both incompetent and openly disrespectful, creating a culture of abuse that everyone just endures. Diversity and inclusion don't exist here; it's a stale, suffocating environment that will grind you down until you regret ever applying. If you value your dignity and sanity, avoid this place at all costs,
