Pros
Good healthcare benefits. That's the only reason I've stayed with Baptist. PTO is okay but you don't get to use accrued sick time.
Cons
Micromanaged down to the minute. Management doesn't support their employees and looks for reasons to throw us under the bus. Team leads have positions they aren't qualified for because they're friends with the manager. No communication and very disorganized. If you email your supervisor with a question, you never get a response. Many employees are scared to email their manager because of her attitude. HR doesn't listen when people have problems
