Pros
Better than average health insurance. Cafeteria on site. Better PTO policy than most places I've worked.
Cons
Worked in an administrative position which I won't specify due to small size of department. Financial health of organization resulted in constant turmoil, layoffs, attrition. Dismally sub-par pay for administrative positions. Everyone in department was constantly overworked and someone was having an emotional breakdown nearly daily with unfeeling and uncaring management doing nothing. Old guard leadership resistant to change, prone to petty internal politics. As someone who likes to go to work, do job, and leave the remarkably toxic/hostile social environment within my "professional" department was beyond salvageable and ultimately what caused my exit.
