Pros

The staff was really friendly and helped orient me to the unit. Self scheduling made the need to take PTO virtually zero. 401k, health insurance and tuition reimbursements were made available.

Cons

Chronically understaffed, they would call me and beg me to come in, just to be floated to another unit. They would not let me know in advance that I would be floated even when I asked not to be due to inexperience and lack of orientation from the other units.
