Administration only cares about the money! - Staff RN Baptist Health System (Texas) Employee Review

Tenet is by far the worst hospital I have ever worked at. They do not care about their staff at all what-so-ever. Being a floor nurse, you are just a number. The communication is very poor, and rarely do you have the help needed to actually be a compassionate care giver. The amount of work they expect you to do with no support is unbelievable.
