It is chef owned and there is a culture based in true teamwork, so both FOH and BOH get along/work together. There is a ton of opportunity to learn, whether your interests are in culinary, beverage departments, or in business in general. The owner/management will actually turn away or ban bad guests, they have no tolerance for mistreatment of their employees.
