Pros
The firm is on it's way to reinvent itself. Senior managers are putting innovation as the primary target for everyone within the firm. On the technology end, you'll notice themes such as mobile, social media on the forefront of every town hall. Definitely a great place to challenge the status quo.
Cons
While trying to catch up to other firms, there's always the dreaded "legacy systems" everyone has to deal with. Also since it is a bank, regulator scrutiny is constant. Making everything processes heavy.
