Pros
If you are a junior developer recently out of a university, you will probably do well working in New York. If you are a senior IT manager in London you will also do well.
Cons
The decision making/leadership positions have migrated to London in the IB. The commercial bank was always this way. The firm has embraced the British culture recently. A number of new executives have been hired in London who have all brought their own reports and have taken over IT strategies.
