Really bad recruiting. Not a good first impression. Be careful!! - Customer Care Representative Barclays Employee Review

The whole process to get hired is unorganized. I was given a start date and then it was changed. I had already given notice at my old job or I would have just stayed there. I ended up without a paycheck in between jobs. It was VERY hard for my family. Not a nice thing to do!!! Very unprofessional.
