Pros
You can learn the credit card industry and get exposure to all departments with ease. Culture is rather relaxed. Time off is generous.
Cons
No raises for anyone in 2 years. Limited promotions and hiring from outside is common. I've never had such limited exposure to department heads before. UK parent is making Sourcing and Risk Tolerance unbearable. UK parent has a "one template" approach to all their companies.
