Almost impossible to do anything. Communication between departments is completely nuts, QA does not care what are the changes to test, developers are getting tasks from business already after deadline with critical priority :D, critical tasks in progress are sometimes completely redefined every day, releases are joke. Everything is super restricted and there is no clear path to change anything. Tools are chosen by business people (although devs are regularly surveyed if they have the tools to deliver great results and then ignored) Starting to restrict remote work.
