Bargain Storage treats you like family and really values you as an employee. It is an AMAZING company to work for! If you are a people person, considers yourself a go getter, who not only likes to work alone, but also takes a lot of pride in their work, then you will love working for this company! I started as a storage advisor almost 5 years ago… I learned quickly with the help and support of some of the most amazing employees that this company has and because of it, I was able to advance into a manager position before I knew it! What I love most is, this is NOT, a sit behind a desk, tethered to a phone or computer all day, kind of job. You can spend time outside enjoying the weather on those beautiful days; while making sure the property looks its absolute best and connecting with your customers, showing them that that you truly care about them.
