Pros

Many kind and extremely talented employees.

Cons

This is a fear-driven workplace. Management is a joke. Gossip runs rampant. Management does not communicate directly, but rather gives silent treatment, talks behind employees' backs, and spreads horrid rumors. Does not provide direction, encouragement, benefits, educational or advancement opportunities, or trust. They would rather pick you apart and tear you down then admit mistakes and change direction. If you're job hunting, keep looking. You're better off.

Leadership has declined significantly compared to previous management. A major concern is the lack of trust shown toward employees, which has led to an environment where people feel micromanaged rather than empowered to do their jobs effectively. Previous leadership encouraged open communication, listened to employee feedback, and fostered a culture of mutual respect and accountability. In contrast, employee concerns and suggestions are often not acknowledged or acted upon, leaving many feeling unheard and undervalued. There is a noticeable lack of meaningful listening and engagement from management, which has contributed to low morale and a growing disconnect between leadership and staff.
