Significant compensation potential (until the commission structure changed) Benefits are decent Great job if you're a self-starter and have zero expectation for a teamwork environment

Siloed, decentralized branch offices compete against one another for new business No training curriculums or professional development opportunities offered Disjointed on-boarding process Far behind the curve from a HR technology standpoint (company operated without a CRM for over 30 years!; branch offices all use separate spreadsheets or niche tools for customer relationship management)
