Pros

Good people, great HR department, fair compensation, bonuses, gas cards, allowances, always something to do. The list can go on and on. Top class company.

Cons

The only real cons are the long work hours and the distance to certain jobs from the house but I'd assume in most construction jobs this would be the issue.
