Pros
The bonuses used to be fantastic, but the economy is tightening and bonuses are all but a thing of the past. After working a few years here, you WILL know your stuff.
Cons
Lots and lots of hours. The project managers are kind of weak sauce and don't really go to bat for their subordinates and do a terrible job of training folks how to do their jobs. The "sink or swim" philosophy rules.
