Pros
Barry University invests in it’s employees and they encourage doing so (providing learning seminars, hosting annual inter-department collaboration and communication, annual feedback surveys, encouraging feedback with your team and supervisors, etc.) The staff are friendly, hospitable, helpful, responsive, and supportive. Mileage reimbursement can be arranged depending on the situation. Many annual events and team building exercises to encourage camaraderie.
Cons
Barry hosts many events, and you may be asked to attend events beyond M-F, 9-5, for some of these events. Not a big con, but something to be aware of if you have personal commitments.
