Pros

• Pay isn't bad • Good for someone just out of college. • Rapid growth • Good people to work with • No sick days. If you're sick then don't come in—they don't count against your vacation days

Cons

This has been the most disappointing job I've ever had, so for me it's a job until I find something better. • The saying around here is "Everybody Matters" or "Go home feeling fulfilled." I've never been fulfilled here. • There are definitely favorites here that's why "Everybody Matters" should be "Everybody Matters but Some Matter More." • Culture may be great is some departments, but not mine. • CEO has nice vision, but he is old school and it's hard to get him to accept new ideas and move forward. • Medical insurance is VERY high. I can't afford to have my family on it so we have an HSA. • If you don't drink the Kool-Aid then you get labeled as a "non team player" and you get left out of everything (meetings)

Pros

Great culture, leader and department. Hybrid in office two days a week in new office.

Cons

Low PTO for new employees. Busy work load for pay lower than similar corporate roles. Department experienced turnover due to leaving for better wages.

Pros

Good pay but don’t promote internally.

Cons

Management lies and misrepresentations on comp. Lies about financial well being and performance. Overall disgruntled employees. Mgt is all talk no action. Total BS behind charts and spreadsheets.
