Health care is astronomical for a family plan. Paying almost $1000 a month just in health care. Little to no chances of advancement if you are good at your job or don’t “know someone”. People are slowly dying or retiring and no real attempts at replacing them. Equipment is outdated and being downsized as well. A lot of time and money is wasted on meetings daily. Seeing other employees doing nothing or shooting the breeze and not being reprimanded motivates me little to none.
