Pros
Base compensation is great and commission plan is fair and a great opportunity to pull down additional money every month. Relaxed, business casual environment and collaborative team environment. Opportunities to take on additional responsibilities available.
Cons
Staffing can sometimes be a frustrating business in general, but that's not a Bartech specific issue. No real complaints so far. Evening work sometimes required, but again, this is pretty typical of technical recruiting jobs where you deal with candidates in different time zones.
