Don’t feel like work is valued doesn’t matter how much time employee giving. Poor communication skills. Lack of collaboration. Toxic manager. Don’t confront matter. Try to arrange a meeting but don't be surprised of your insecure boss avoid meeting 1 on 1. Negativism, lack of cooperation, hostility.
