Pros
I worked though Bartech as a contractor at Owens Corning. I found the work to be very rewarding, never knowing the kind of questions I was going to get, I felt like I was actually doing something that wasn't so monotonous. Great training and team to work with.
Cons
Contract work so one never knows when their last day is. I went from receiving compliments from customers and management, to my assignment being ended in the same day, with no explanation.
