Nearly 6 years ago I was fortunate enough to accept an employment offer from Bartlett Tree Experts. Having been in this industry for nearly 15 years I can honestly tell you that Bartlett is BY FAR the best tree care company in the world. In my years with Bartlett I have seen the CEO say countless times that the most important person in the company is the one most recently hired. I've also been lucky enough to witness the tenderness retiring employees receive from their peers and managers in this very family oriented company. Great compensation that rewards ambition, safe practices, tenure, and teamwork.
Cons
Well, they don't have an office in Hawaii or Dubai... They do, however have offices throughout the Unites States, Canada, Ireland, and the United Kingdom. This company is built on great employees so if you have the determination, patience, and focus. There really are no downsides.
