Pros

You can make money, if you put in the work. But they are all racist people, specially a guy names Tony, talks bad about Latinos. I felt uncomfortable when he told me to get away from the white folks section. He pointed fingers at me that i was racist and got terminated for something, i am not known for., I am Latino myself. I have a lot of evidence and proof with all the workers, i wanted to have the division, to investigate the managers actions for firing me, without any investigation, tried to forced me to resign, and instead ended up firing me for bad conduct, and subordination. I love working for Bartlett i wanted to keep my job, but he called me unskilled and unfit for the job due a lesion i had on my hand, doing there jobs for excessive work. I hate the managers actions he didn't fully hear me out. They favor the ones they want, and throw away those who they' don't want away. I was still able to work, and i got discriminated for my disability to climb again due to my hand. I feel they found a reason to get rid of me, and used a racial false accusation against me. But keep the real racist guy in the job who always insults the Latin race. His name is Tony, he is the only one who doesn't like latinos. The managers listen to them, they take a lot of bad shortcuts and bad choices that can kill you.

Cons

The company is great have to work with the right management, if not your luck to grow is dropped to 0.

Pros

The field work itself is interesting for those with a background in forestry Working outside on beautiful properties with clients who love their yards and the work you do is refreshing. Some employees may clock 8 hours and be out and home by noon. Plant health care specialist get to work on tree crews in the winter.

Cons

The vibe here isn't great. Some people are pushed through certifications and its just not safe. They're all about profit, even if it means wasting money and resources for a quick buck. Not enough safety gear – I was told to use the same gloves for pesticides for a whole month! Equipment never works, and they expect us to fix everything. Not enough work or chances to grow. Nobody seems to care. Management's communication is all over the place and often unprofessional. There's no support either. New hires are just left to figure things out,
