your mileage may vary but they don't really seem to show that they care for their employees. favoritism unorganized/chaotic environment (management can be directionless) don't see value in what's actually worth valuing (people, diversity and inclusion, asking for and listening to employee feedback) don't pay adequately for such high-risk work (hourly positions for physical laborers instead of salary) high turn-over rate just shows the problems with the work and lack of value in the physical labor you won't have time to do anything else in your life while you're working there, you'll be too tired to do anything else but eat, sleep, work, repeat...
