Pros

Steady work, great environment, great benefits, somewhat flexible depending on your role within the company, management is supportive and willing to develop individuals

Cons

Small hospital so opportunities for upward mobility are somewhat limited, upper management is a bit of a closed group, lots of in fighting at the top which doesn't send a good message to the employees

Good job, had to leave because I needed to go to school but couldn’t go down to part time. Otherwise I’d still be there

Good PTO, cheap healthcare options

Cons

The recruiting team is petty and will block your applications if they don’t personally like why you left the last position there. I was an outstanding employee. I had to quit after having a baby. Now almost 2 years later they still reject every application even when I’m highly qualified.
