only hospital to work at if you live in Tahoe and short commutes. great patient care and amazing ER care and OR care

Cons

Since this CEO has taken over, the executive team does not care for their employees at all. It is so sad as I have worked for them since 2000

Good PTO, cheap healthcare options

Cons

The recruiting team is petty and will block your applications if they don’t personally like why you left the last position there. I was an outstanding employee. I had to quit after having a baby. Now almost 2 years later they still reject every application even when I’m highly qualified.
