Pros

Good pay, good benefits, if you live in town you are 15-20 min away from work.

Cons

Management is terrible, double standard, not caring. Politics are pathetic and you are not appreciated no matter how hard you work. No sick time, only 4 weeks of time off a year. Can’t take any time off around holidays. Busy, always understaffed.

Good job, had to leave because I needed to go to school but couldn’t go down to part time. Otherwise I’d still be there

Good PTO, cheap healthcare options

Cons

The recruiting team is petty and will block your applications if they don’t personally like why you left the last position there. I was an outstanding employee. I had to quit after having a baby. Now almost 2 years later they still reject every application even when I’m highly qualified.
