Not a bad place to work - Industrial Painter Basden Steel Employee Review

I like they are now an Employee Owned Company and in time we the employees will have share in the company. I also like that even with growth, the company tries to maintain a family atmosphere and works to be considerate of everyone employed.

No major cons to note. Basden is just a company that works to create opportunity from within and stays dedicated to those who put forth the efforts. If someone just wants to ride the clock, they wouldn't do well here.

Mr. Basden, the founder seemed like a good person.

I was the second person fired out of the Waco office within a year. Beware of this office.
