Short-lived bad experience - Contract Administrator Basden Steel Employee Review

I like they are now an Employee Owned Company and in time we the employees will have share in the company. I also like that even with growth, the company tries to maintain a family atmosphere and works to be considerate of everyone employed.

No major cons to note. Basden is just a company that works to create opportunity from within and stays dedicated to those who put forth the efforts. If someone just wants to ride the clock, they wouldn't do well here.

The guys on the floor are all descent people , u do get overtime every now and then , hopefully you live close by

No growth ,15$hr top out fitter and 14$ top out welder, and 300$ health insurance a month ,1 week vacation after 2 years .2 weeks after 6 years 3 weeks after 10 years , no sick days, 2 paid holidays.... I could keep going but you probably get it by now
