Pros

Great team, flexibility, and the actual job can be very rewarding. Because the company is still growing, you often perform tasks and responsibilities that you may not have gotten to do at a larger company where responsibilities associated with a position are more rigid. The company will also develop you if they find that you are talented at something other than your job, or if you express interest in learning something that you’ve wanted to try. I have never regretted my decision to work here

Cons

No paid sick or personal leave. If you are ill you have to use PTO days. Somewhat rigid time clock structure. Growing pains as the company continues to expand and teams find themselves short staffed in comparison to the workload. The business is family owned, which makes internal communication and accountability tough to come by, but also means greater accessibility to upper level management and the decision makers when needed.

Pros

Basecamp Franchising has some of the best leadership this industry has to offer and it is an absolute dream to work here. The culture and work life balance is unmatched. If you ever align with the roles we have available you should absolutely give it a shot. The work is unique and rewarding and the opportunities are limitless. The new CEOs and the tech leadership we have here today are comprised of the kind of people you would be proud to associate with and I have no hesitation navigating our challenges under their direction.

Cons

The pay may not be quite on par with the growth and expectations in the area. The benefits are also so so, but I think premiums are skyrocketing everywhere and the effort this company takes to acknowledge this and do the best they can is noted.

Pros

Set your own schedule, freedom of owning a business, good support from the franchise, yearly conferences, peer owners' connection

Cons

owning a business isn't for everyone, competition is hard in some areas (do your research), dealing with minimum wage employees
