Pros

I have worked for BaseCamp franchise for over 3.5 years and in those years I have been treated with respect, had my voice heard and been accommodated to the nth degree. The owners are very down to earth and understanding people if you get to know them and not fear them because they are the owners. I am a mother and still have to work, the owners have exceeded expectations by letting me work form home and the office as needed without dragging their feet or taking back their word. To me this has been such a great benefit and shows how much they do care about family.

Cons

Previous reviews state that the expectations are unreasonable and that you are expected to work 60 hours a week. I say to you, did you ever communicate and state your concerns about that? Yes I too have experienced this feeling often, but communication is key and when you communicate all is well.

Pros

Basecamp Franchising has some of the best leadership this industry has to offer and it is an absolute dream to work here. The culture and work life balance is unmatched. If you ever align with the roles we have available you should absolutely give it a shot. The work is unique and rewarding and the opportunities are limitless. The new CEOs and the tech leadership we have here today are comprised of the kind of people you would be proud to associate with and I have no hesitation navigating our challenges under their direction.

Cons

The pay may not be quite on par with the growth and expectations in the area. The benefits are also so so, but I think premiums are skyrocketing everywhere and the effort this company takes to acknowledge this and do the best they can is noted.

Cons

owning a business isn't for everyone, competition is hard in some areas (do your research), dealing with minimum wage employees
