Our incredible culture, values, benefits package, career growth opportunities, and flexible work arrangement play a huge part in our employees’ health and wellness. We understand that workload and compensation also affect employee wellness, and are disappointed that you didn’t feel balanced in these areas. 2020 was an extremely challenging year, and I know some of our teams have been putting in extra hours to get us through. I am continuing to work with the leadership team on workforce distribution and hiring to ensure workload feels more sustainable for all team members. Centro looks at compensation within our larger total rewards package, and each year we take a holistic look at our package and assess the market to ensure Centro stays competitive in our industry and compared to similar sized companies.
