Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. I’m glad you felt welcome and found our people, atmosphere, and benefits to be a positive part of your experience. We work hard to develop our managers and provide continuous education and growth – I am sorry you felt that there were some gaps in your tenure with us. Our DEI efforts are a work in progress and there is always improvement to be made. Many of our employees are extremely passionate about these initiatives and we’ve also hired a Head of DEI to help lead, support, and strengthen our work in these areas.
