Great benefits, good pay and a lot of care for the Engineering departments. Coworkers in the engineering side of the company are bright and friendly.

Cons

Managers have a "legacy" mindset and are ultra resistant to change. There is a lot of emphasis on hierarchy, so if you like to have your ideas listened to good luck
