some of the mangers at the lookout act as if they have no idea what they are doing, i'm willing to put money on them never severing a table in their life and trying to tell other people how to do it. terrible with making a schedules, rude, they make it impossible to give tables good service by putting to many obstacles in the way , like not allowing you to go through the kitchen so you have to stand at the kitchen opening and basically beg to get the condiments your tables keep asking for, by the time they lose their attitude and hand you ketchup your tables is done eating. show way to much favoritism, if your a favorite you will get all the tables, the party, and best section. They do not like for you to bring up the fact that they are doing you wrong so they will be petty and tell the Host to not seat you. if you try to talk to them about any problem one commented "You take things to personal, lighten up" mostly in the office and care little about how some people work.
