Pros

The flexable hours at Bass Pro were great. They were able to work with me and my hectic school schedule.

Cons

The way they do their performace reviews. I hated how they calcalculated your performance based on the time you were off of the phone. If you took too long between clocking in and getting on the phone you were docked percentage. If you were in the bathroom too long, you were docked percentage. And the only incentive they gave you for making your optium percentage was your 2 prefered days off.

Good discount on in house brands

Cons

Toxic management runs rampant at most stores, multiple managers keep their jobs after saying racist or sexist things to both employees or customers. If you’re a good worker they expect you to do the work for your coworkers who are lazy / not doing their job and if you complain you’re the problem. Pay is a joke. Annual raises are never more than $0.20 a year, sometimes as low as $0.07.
