      Pros

      Laid back, fun work environment, great co-workers, pretty good discount.

      Cons

      Training is nonexistant, you get thrown to the wolves. Their computer system needs updated desperately, it is 2010, not 1986... You have to jump to too many different systems and screens to get anything accomplished. Management????? The health insurance is awful! I had better insurance when I worked for a big box retailer that was always in the news for having lousey benefits. Not much offered when it comes to retirement savings.

      Good discount on in house brands

      Cons

      Toxic management runs rampant at most stores, multiple managers keep their jobs after saying racist or sexist things to both employees or customers. If you’re a good worker they expect you to do the work for your coworkers who are lazy / not doing their job and if you complain you’re the problem. Pay is a joke. Annual raises are never more than $0.20 a year, sometimes as low as $0.07.
