Pros

Good Salary After Training Period if you process great number of invoice i.e. pay per invoice which is DATA-ENTRY in a nutshell .you will get 1.5 rupee while company will get 1600 rupee from customer which is not productive for employee and it is cheap Politics .

Cons

not recommended to B.TECH FRESHER, pressure of traget and quality, you will not get any benefits of leaves and other festivel. cheap management , give one half rupee "alpenliebe tofi" at christmas ,managers and team lead create unnecessary pressure on employee and what about management ? there is no management only about sla ,delivery,no planing , no management ,only politics , no promotion pip pressure on employee even fire experienced employee..............felling sad for indian management, or bahi jin bando ne google pe 5 star review de hai wo bahi log software department ke hai.

Pros

They pay for all airfare with the Corp Credit card

Cons

Started an account expansion team in 2026, led by an inexperienced RVP with little to no management skills and a very tactical approach. Product enablement in Finland did not translate to what customers owned. 5 weeks before accounts were assigned. Another 2 weeks before comp plans were issued. ARR price points were a fraction of what was communicated during the interview process. No customer information available in SFDC. Needed to access multiple systems to find contracts and customer entitlements. The expense reporting system is almost unusable.
