Pros

1. Job security untill or unless you are doing a good job. 2. Flexible timing 3. Good work environment.

Cons

1. Hr and Admin dept. Are not supportive. 2. Very bad upper management. 3. Favoritism 4. No career or financial growth - make fool of the people by adding variable component in the CTC which they don't give yearly. 2-5% aprisal not more than that. 5. Overloaded work all the times because it's a product based org. 6. Less onsite opportunities. 7. Less processes to handle the situations. No one follow the process. 8. No good food or services in the cafeteria. 9. No other benefits like cab facility etc.

Pros

They pay for all airfare with the Corp Credit card

Cons

Started an account expansion team in 2026, led by an inexperienced RVP with little to no management skills and a very tactical approach. Product enablement in Finland did not translate to what customers owned. 5 weeks before accounts were assigned. Another 2 weeks before comp plans were issued. ARR price points were a fraction of what was communicated during the interview process. No customer information available in SFDC. Needed to access multiple systems to find contracts and customer entitlements. The expense reporting system is almost unusable.
