Pros

Plenty of opportunities to play politics. A good place to work for a talkative and clever person who knows how to take credit for others' work. Comfortable place to work for siblings/relatives/sycophants as they are preferred over deserving employees for appraisals and promotions.

Cons

If you are a hard-working person, then please don't waste time here. Your talent will get better value somewhere else. Never give honest feedback against managers, they will spoil your career. Ironically employee satisfaction surveys are conducted only to satisfy employees without any action taken. HQ in Finland is blind to employees' concerns.

Pros

They pay for all airfare with the Corp Credit card

Cons

Started an account expansion team in 2026, led by an inexperienced RVP with little to no management skills and a very tactical approach. Product enablement in Finland did not translate to what customers owned. 5 weeks before accounts were assigned. Another 2 weeks before comp plans were issued. ARR price points were a fraction of what was communicated during the interview process. No customer information available in SFDC. Needed to access multiple systems to find contracts and customer entitlements. The expense reporting system is almost unusable.
