Pros

Exactly nothing, all poor from the start of the hiring process until the last moment.

Cons

- they mislead when you start, because they like to fool employees, have not even targets, all hidden secret to fool the employee so they won't have to pay your commission. Only after you agreed on the terms they tell you that you only get paid bonus when you are above 80% - they fired 10% of all staff and knowing them more will follow - managers or lets say the ones with the title but not the brains or guts and personality sack you when they fear competition, there is a culture of suppression and unfair behaviour - they let you work for other markets and have a hidden agenda, so they pay you bad for the things you have to do after this surprise. - asking questions are not appreciated - I can mention more but too much

Pros

They pay for all airfare with the Corp Credit card

Cons

Started an account expansion team in 2026, led by an inexperienced RVP with little to no management skills and a very tactical approach. Product enablement in Finland did not translate to what customers owned. 5 weeks before accounts were assigned. Another 2 weeks before comp plans were issued. ARR price points were a fraction of what was communicated during the interview process. No customer information available in SFDC. Needed to access multiple systems to find contracts and customer entitlements. The expense reporting system is almost unusable.
